Our Sourdough Pain au Chocolat is a naturally leavened take on the French classic.

Filled with rich single origen dark chocolate, it offers the perfect balance of buttery pastry and deep cocoa flavour — never overly sweet.

Crafted over several days using traditional methods, this is a croissant-style pastry designed to be enjoyed slowly, whether as a morning treat or an afternoon indulgence.

Best enjoyed fresh, or gently warmed to bring back its flaky texture and molten chocolate centre.
