Mirabel was born in August 2023, just after my first born, Bella. She's a 100% hydration sourdough starter, made from equal parts flour and water, and lovingly fed twice a day to stay active, happy, and ready to rise.

I'm always happy to share a piece of her if you'd like to start your own journey.
