This is our everyday loaf. Naturally leavened with our sourdough starter and made from fresh-milled biodynamic flour, water, and sea salt. Long-fermented for deep flavor and better digestion, it bakes up with a crisp, golden crust and an open, chewy crumb.

Simple, honest, and versatile, it’s the kind of bread that fits into any meal,  perfect for toast, sandwiches, or just torn by hand and shared at the table.
